Really BUGS when companies offer 100% money back guarantee but it takes over 4 months (and still waiting) for refund. Shame on BOOKWISE.com! I have been speaking with them for over 3 months and every week it’s one more story after another. I thought they were a company with integrity but I have learned they are not. Hope you’re having better luck with this company than I did.
